                 Camps for educational loan by nationalized banks are organized on the campus.

  • Special coaching classes for SC/ST students are conducted through the economically and Socially Weaker Section Welfare Committee.
  • Merit-cum-Means scholarship and ‘Earn while you Learn’ schemes are offered to the socially and economically weak students.

   Alumni association, its activities and contributions

 

            ·          The institution has a registered Alumni association. The college has distinguished alumni occupying important positions across the globe.

·          The Alumni association offers guidelines to the students for higher education and employment opportunities.

·          It offers guidance for personality development and conducts special coaching classes for the aspirants of TNPSC, Bank, Civil service, Staff selection and Railway  service Commission examinations.

·          The Alumni association donated a Maruthi van worth Rs. 4.80 Lakhs to the college Health Centre. The alumni association involves student volunteers in social activities like general medical camp, eye camp for tribes.

The association renders scholarship to the economically poor students every year.

 

       ·     Alumni Association Scholarship for 102 students worth of Rs.2,71,175

       ·     GASC Alumni INC Education Aid Fund(USA) for 133 students worth of Rs. 3,52,413

       ·    Alumni Adopted Scholarship  for 2 students worth of    Rs. 26,620 have been  

          distributed to the  students of our college  during  the  last five years.
