Is Open University part-time?

Because OU study is flexible, you don’t have to stick to just part-time or full-time study. You can choose to study more or less each year to suit you.
Do university students get holidays?
Depends on the uni. Short mid semester breaks exist too but you have assignments to do during them so they are not a holiday. Exams come at the end of each semester. If your exams are all early in the exam period you may get even more holidays because you’ve finished up while other people still have exams to do.
Can you work full time and do Open University?
It is possible, but I’d say it depends a bit on the job, the degree, and the other circumstances of your life as to how workable it actually is. The OU reckon 120 credits a year takes about 32 hours a week, which obviously means putting in a substantial amount of time most days (if not every day).
